New Mexico Business Law and Project Management

This course covers the required New Mexico Contractor Business and Law exam. It is a requirement for Contracting as well as various other NM State Licenses. It includes: prep course, reference book, printed book tabs, audio cd, and a printed study guide.

 

The New Mexico Business Law exam is required for all contractor licenses in New Mexico. It is a separate test based on the book NASCLA Contractor's Guide to Business Law and Project Management.

State Requirements & Application

* Any one engaged in construction-related contracting in New Mexico must be licensed.

* The New Mexico Business and Law exam is required to be passed to obtain your contractor's license in New Mexico along with your trades exam.

* Pre-Approval is required to sit for the exam. Approval takes 7 business days on average.
