Building Construction General Contractor (NASCLA) In Mississippi, a contractor may choose to take the NASCLA exam instead of the Building Construction exam. The NASCLA exam is accepted in NC, SC, GA, AL, TN, MS, NV, OR, LA, AR, WV, UT, VA, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
