Utah General Contractor NASCLA

In Utah, a contractor\'s license is required for any person who builds a structure on his/her own property with the intention to sell or for public use, or any person who for compensation other than wages as an employee undertakes any work in the construction trade. The exam for this license is the NASCLA which is accepted in NC, SC, GA, AL, TN, MS, NV, OR, LA, AR, WV, UT, VA and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Utah Residential Light Commercial Contractor R-100

This Utah contractor\'s license is for a contractor to build single residential, multi-family and multi-use light commercials buildings and structures which are less than three stories in height and less than 20,000 square feet.
